Your Booking Suite website fully supports the Live Chat Alternative code insertion. In this section you can add Live Chat Alternative to make your website more attractive and answer customers if they have questions prior to make a booking. This option possible for the Homepage section and new article pages.
To insert the Live Chat Alternative code in your Homepage or Article page, please follow these steps:
Log in to BackOffice as usual,
- Go to Content > Pages
- On the top right-hand corner, click on Homepage> Edit or New page > Edit
- You will be brought to a new page. Scroll down and click on the yellow ‘Add’(or gray ‘Insert’) button.
- Choose Embed to add the Live Chat Alternative code.
- You need to insert the Live Chat Alternative code here
- Remember to click on the blue ‘Save’ button located on the lower right corner of your screen.
- Click on the Preview button located in the upper right hand corner of your page to see the changes you have made.
- Click Publish > Publish Now to transfer the changes over to your live site 🙂
- Do the same for any other page where you want other page you want to have the Live Chat Alternative.
